At MVRS we can offer many types of membership. In the world of EMS we have found their is a place for everyone. Below list some of our membership options. Senior Membership
Our organization prides it self on our membership. The Senior Members are required to pull every 6th night from 6pm until 6am the next morning. They are also required to pull 24 hour duty when their respective duty appears on a weekend. The hours then would go from 6 pm to 6pm the next night. These members are full voting members and are eligible for life membership after 10 years of service. Associate Membership
Our organization prides it self on our membership. The Senior Members are required to pull every 6th night from 6pm until 6am the next morning. They are also required to pull 24 hour duty when their respective duty appears on a weekend. The Associate member is only required to pull 24 hours in a 4 week riding period. Extra is always appreciated! The hours then would go from 6 pm to 6pm the next night. These members are full voting members and are eligible for life membership after 15 years of service. Junior Membership
This membership is for those persons who are between the ages of 16-21 years of age. They are required to participate in the certification classes and pull duty as required by the bylaws. They are not allowed to stay overnight during the school year and must maintain an appropriate GPA in school.
Financial Aid Committee
This committee is made up of community support people who choose not to ride on the ambulance. They are their for our organization to assist with projects such as fund drive, and other major goal oriented projects which would take time away from those who do ride on the ambulance to do. These individuals are very important to our organization and we would enjoy having more people involved.
