A Note From The President...
Manchester Volunteer Rescue Squad is an organization dedicated to providing the finest in pre-hospital emergency care to the citizens of Chesterfield County Virginia. We provide all care and transportation without charge! We operate five Advance Life Support (ALS) ambulances, a Quick Response Vehicle (QRV), and Dive Rescue Truck with extrication equipment.
We are an all-volunteer agency that provides outstanding quality pre-hospital care with approximately 65 dedicated active EMS professionals and approximately 30 Financial Assistance Committee (Auxiliary) members.
Our members continue even through these hard economic and personally demanding times to give of themselves for a better community with the best training and equipment available. If you are looking for an exciting, extremely rewarding, volunteer opportunity, please feel free to contact us.
